“We are looking for an executive who will align the Triangle culture with the culture of the company’s primary Charlotte operations, move the Triangle sales team away from transactional sales, and work closely with sales to develop a relationship with the unit’s key customers,” adds Pitts. “And we expect the president to create a production environment that totally supports the sales efforts, set high expectations for production, and embrace the Lean manufacturing concept.”
