CNG's Lindenmeyr Munroe Division Acquires KFI Technology

PURCHASE, N.Y. — January 26, 2017 — Central National Gottesman Inc. (CNG) announced that its Lindenmeyr Munroe division will acquire KFI Technology, a  specialized business focused on the wide-format printing industry.

Headquartered in Trenton, N.J., KFI Technology is known as the source for "Everything Wide-Format," serving one of the printing industry's fastest growing market segments with equipment and supplies for wide-format printing, sign & display, exhibit/trade show graphics and reprographic services.

KFI offers a wide range of equipment, products and services, and specializes in sales and distribution for wide-format equipment manufacturers. KFI also sells and services contour cutters, laminators and finishing equipment, and is a stocking dealer for wide-format supplies, from inks, printheads and media to laminates, adhesives and mounting substrates.

Meany added that a Customer Experience Center will be established in KFI's Trenton facility to showcase equipment and provide training to customers and employees.

The transaction is expected to close January 31, 2017.
