CINCINNATI—August 13, 2014—Collins Inkjet would like to provide a notice to customers of Kodak Versamark printers that the preliminary injunction issued March 6, 2014, which required Kodak to offer non-differential pricing to refurbish Kodak Versamark print heads—regardless of which company’s ink had been used in the print head—has been extended. Originally set to expire after six months, on Sept. 6, the preliminary injunction will now end after the case has been resolved at trial, unless the injunction is overturned on appeal.
