Incepture Acquired by Managed Services Provider

JACKSONVILLE, FL—November 7, 2014—Orlando, FL-based ZeroChaos, a global managed services provider, has acquired Florida Blue's Incepture spinoff, a Jacksonville company that operates one of the largest commercial print-to-mail operations in North Florida, reported the Jacksonville Business Journal. Finalized details of the transaction were not released.

"It's a win-win for both of us," said John Cloonan, ZeroChaos' marketing director. "Florida Blue gets to focus on what they do well and we have the opportunity do what we do well."

According to the Business Journal, Incepture started out as a part of Florida Blue, but grew over the years to include customers such as Lender Processing Services, CSX Corp. and Baptist Health. Cloonan noted that ZeroChaos will continue working with all of Incepture's clients and said that ZeroChaos generally doesn't reduce headcount after acquisitions.
