Gill Studios in Lenexa, KS, has hired Alicia Dierking as its greater Texas field sales manager and Melissa Casey as its greater New York and New Jersey field sales manager. Field sales managers reside within their territories to provide hands-on sales support.

Elected officers of the IDEAlliance for 2014 include: Laura Reid (chair), vice president of production at Hearst Magazines in New York; Joe Duncan (vice chair), senior vice president and group executive at Arc & Leo Burnett in Chicago; Debbie Cooper (treasurer), vice president of business services at Brown Printing in Woodstock, IL; and Marriott Winchester (secretary), executive vice president at SGS International in Louisville, KY.

With the death on Dec. 9 of Betty Ewens Quadracci, co-founder of Quad/Graphics in Sussex, WI, her daughter, Kathryn Quadracci Flores, M.D., has been elected as her replacement on Quad's board of directors.
