Brad Koch has been promoted to national sales director at Madison, WI-based Webcrafters Inc. He replaces Dana Kitson, who has retired after 42 years of service with the company.

Terry Simpson, quality assurance supervisor at the Flottman Co., Crestview Hills, KY, was recently honored for his 14th year of coordinating the collection and distribution of food, gifts and financial support to less fortunate families in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.
