Two sales appointments have been made at St. Louis-based NOVA Marketing Services. Jim Brickler is based at the St. Louis office, while David Valancius is now covering the Chicago area.

GROWLL.com, INDEXX’s e-commerce division based in Greenville, SC, has added two new hires to bolster its capabilities in sales, marketing and customer service. Kaylin Richards Laskowski has been named a membership development specialist; and Brandy Justus is a new customer service representative.

Printing Industries Alliance’s Franklin Committee has named Dwight Vicks III, president of Vicks Lithograph & Printing in Yorkville, NY, as the recipient of the John Peter Zenger Medal. Vicks was chosen for his work in supporting thyroid cancer research. He will be presented the award during the 60th Anniversary Franklin Event held on Sept. 19 at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers in New York.

Steve Moody has been tapped as the new vice president of MSP Digital Marketing’s DigitalXPress division in Rockaway, NJ. Prior to joining New Canaan, CT-based MSP, Moody held a variety of positions with a focus on database management, campaign retention and custom data analytics.
