Niles, IL-based Specialty Print Communications (SPC) has selected Bill Mattran as its new senior vice president of business development. Mattran formerly worked for Production Solution Associates (PSA), as well as RR Donnelley at both its Tech Web and Banta divisions.

Dodd Communications, a Miami-based division of Nationwide Graphics, has tapped Richard Sierra, a 44-year industry veteran, as president. He most recently served as division president and director of sales at National Communications in Miami. Additionally, Graphics West, another division of Nationwide Graphics, named Robert Madison president of its Las Vegas-based facility. Madison previously served as president at Creative Press.
