Public Printer Robert Tapella has appointed Herb Jackson acting chief management officer for the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO). Succeeding Janet Sansone, Jackson now oversees support organizations at the GPO that include: Human Capital, Finance & Administration, Information Technology & Systems, Acquisitions, Labor Relations, Security Services and Safety & Environmental Services, while also maintaining his position as the agency's chief acquisition officer.
