Printing and Imaging Association of MidAmerica selected Robert "Bob" Johnson Sr. as the recipient of its 2014 Visionary Award. Johnson started his own printing business in Dallas in 1978, JPS Graphics, with his wife and oldest son.

Wes Menefee has joined Capital Printing in Austin, TX, as COO. He was formerly president of OneTouchPoint-Ginny's and Jarvis Press, among other industry positions. The move reunites him with Bennie Spiegel, president of Capital Printing. They started their careers together in 1999 with CGX at Clear Visions as part of a leadership development program.
