COLUMBUS, OH—The ex-bookkeeper of Nutis Press (NPI) has been indicted for allegedly pilfering $597,000 from the company's owner during a three-plus-year period. The Columbus Dispatch reported that Joy Nutt, 41, was indicted on one felony count of theft for stealing from NPI, but company spokesman David George told Printing Impressions that the funds were actually taken from the personal accounts of now-deceased owner Frank Nutis. Nutt faces a maximum eight years in prison if convicted.
