MGI USA has appointed APS Imaging Solutions of Fullerton, CA, as one of its photo channel U.S. dealers offering MGI's digital photo printing and finishing systems.

To build a stronger North American presence and realize greater collaboration between businesses, Fujifilm has merged Fujifilm U.S.A. and Fujifilm Graphic Systems U.S.A. into one organization, Fujifilm North America. Fujifilm Canada will become a subsidiary of the new company on April 1, 2010. The new organization will bring together five of the company's operating divisions.
