Graphic Systems Services (GSS) has acquired the assets and intellectual property of the Didde Web Press business from Stolle Machinery. All of the assets of Didde will be relocated to GSS' headquarters in Springboro, OH.

Willis Reese has been named global director of business development at INX Digital International. Reese now reports to Ken Kisner, president of INX Digital USA. Prior to joining INX, he served at Hexion Specialty Chemical as global business director for UV curable inks and coatings.
