To aid victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti, both the Canon Group and Xerox made significant donations toward relief and recovery efforts. Canon pledged approximately $220,000 (20 million yen) in donations to Red Cross organizations. Xerox pledged $300,000 to the American Red Cross, Save the Children, Concern Worldwide and Doctors Without Borders.

To build a stronger North American presence and realize greater collaboration between businesses, Fujifilm has merged Fujifilm U.S.A. and Fujifilm Graphic Systems U.S.A. into one organization, Fujifilm North America. Fujifilm Canada will become a subsidiary of the new company on April 1, 2010. The new organization will bring together five of the company's operating divisions.

An OEM agreement has been made between Wave2 Media Solutions and Goss International, wherein Wave2 Media has added GossRSVP interactive mobile features to its i-Publish AdPortal platform.
