Coral Color Process Acquires a Six-Color Mitsubishi Diamond V3000LX Press

COMMACK, NY—Nov. 28, 2011—Coral Color Process, an award-winning commercial printer and longtime user of Mitsubishi sheetfed presses, has purchased a Diamond V3000LX with in-line ultraviolet (UV) coating capabilities. The six-color press will join an existing fleet of 28-3/8 x 40-1/8" Mitsubishi presses at Coral Color’s full-service printing facility.

To meet the demand for interesting and unique printed pieces, Coral Color currently operates an eight-color and two six-color Mitsubishi presses, all equipped with aqueous coating units. The Diamond V3000LX is designed to enable customers to support a wider product line and open up more markets. The Diamond V3000LX handles a maximum sheet size of 29-1/2 x 41-11/32". In addition to the larger sheet size, the press accommodates a wider stock thickness range, including packaging board and plastics up to 0.040 inches.
