Datatech SmartSoft Completes Acquisition of PressWise

AGOURA HILLS, CA—September 8, 2010—Datatech SmartSoft Inc., a leading player in the address correction and mailing software industry, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of PressWise Inc., the end-to-end Web storefront and print workflow software provider. Datatech SmartSoft has held exclusive distribution rights to PressWise since September 2009.

The PressWise brand is being managed by its founder, Eric Wold, who pioneered the unique SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) technology that allows printers to run a powerful print management solution with reduced installation times and maintenance costs.
