DG3 Acquires Marange Printing, Assets of MPI Mailing

JERSEY CITY, NJ—Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3), a leading provider of global printing, technology, and visual communication services, announced the acquisition of Marange Printing and substantially all of the assets of MPI Mailing Services. Under common ownership, the two businesses are providers of printing and mailing services located in Belleville, NJ.

Founded in 1986 by brothers Mario Auterio and Angelo Auterio, the businesses provide lithographic printing, digital printing, along with mailing and fulfillment services to a broad base of commercial clients. Their operations will be consolidated into DG3's flagship Jersey City facility.

DG3's comprehensive communications solutions, combined with Marange Printing's press power and the mail solutions of MPI Mailing Services, will increase DG3's capacity to provide integrated, full-service graphic communication solutions and wholly integrated mailing to its financial, pharmaceutical and corporate clients.
