FREDERICK, MD—June 6, 2014—Machinery and service provider Diecut America has installed Canada’s first Goldline (1300) manual flatbed diecutter to JVR Food Packaging Solution.
JVR Food Packaging Solutions, based in Surrey, British Columbia, made the decision to embrace this new technology over other traditional presses due to the diecutting efficiencies, added value and safety aspects of the press. The Diecut Goldine is a manual flatbed diecutter which offers the operator not only a safer working environment but faster makeready times and increased production.
Yvonne Rochon, president of JVR Food Packaging Solutions commented: “We are very excited about the opportunities that the Goldline machine provides.”
JVR provides innovative designs and uses materials such as moisture/grease resistant boards, single-use baking trays and specialty foils. JVR is capable of diecutting 10-pt. board to C-flute corrugated printed or unprinted.
The Goldline diecutting machine comes in 10 standard sizes from the GL-890 to GL-3200. All machines can be installed within one day and be in production the next.
