WÜRZBURG, GERMANY—Koenig & Bauer AG (KBA) has signed a multi-year contract with Vancouver-based Creo Inc. pertaining to on-press thermal technology. KBA has agreed to have Creo be its exclusive supplier of thermal imaging heads for the 74 Karat digital color offset press. In addition, Creo has agreed to develop software and hardware for future application by KBA in the digital printing market. The agreement is effective through December 31, 2004.
