NEW YORK — July 17, 2017 — Printing Industries Alliance urged all printers to register today for their Digital Print Think Tank Two on July 26, 2017, in New York City.
The list of presentation sponsors includes EFI, Ricoh, Canon, Heidelberg, Xerox, HP and Konica Minolta, Komori, Screen and Xeikon. X-Rite/ Pantone, Paper Mart, Lindenmeyer Munroe and Red Tie are non-presentation sponsors
The event will take place at Club 101, located at 101 Park Avenue, New York City, at 40th Street. Printing Impressions Editor-in-Chief Mark Michelson, our event’s lead moderator, will be joined by expert panelists, speakers and presenters. Attendees will hear the latest updates and options for all areas of digital printing including toner, inkjet production, label and packaging and wide-format.
A digital experience printers panel will feature top management from printers large and small; including Mike Graff, CEO of Sandy Alexander; Cheryl Kahanec, president of Marketing Solutions Group, EarthColor; Eric Webber, CEO and president of Cohber Press; Kevin McVea of SCI; and Michael Duggal of Duggal.
Marty Maloney, executive VP, Printing Industries Alliance, stated “In this single day event, printers will be fully updated on the world of digital printing and be able to make side-by-side comparisons and find out which press should be their next digital purchase. They will see presentations, listen to panelists and have time to visit with the vendors as well as network with their peers."
The event will cut across all digital printing technologies from the simplest to ink jet production and all applications will be discussed including direct mail, books, labels and packaging and wide format graphics. The presentations will be interspersed by discussion panels that will include a panel of digital printers and also a panel of digital press manufacturers.
The last Think Tank held in October, 2015 (more than 18 months ago) had an audience of well over 100 from the metro NY and NJ area. We believe we will definitely exceed that number. Printers have asked us to hold this digital printing forum.
