Donnelley Acquires Prospectus Central

CHICAGO—RR Donnelley has acquired Prospectus Central of Fitzgerald, GA. Prospectus Central has powered RR Donnelley's RightProspectus offering, which provides mutual fund companies, variable annuity companies, retirement product companies, broker/dealers and clearing firms with electronic alternatives for distributing prospectuses to investors.

RR Donnelley has offered e-delivery services for more than eight years, and the addition of Prospectus Central will enable it to meet client needs for the e-delivery of compliance documents and the management of consent at all points during the investment cycle, including pre-sale, point-of-sale and post-sale.
