Donnelley Rebrands Astron, Nets Pacts

CHICAGO—RR Donnelley has rebranded its British-based Astron as RR Donnelley Global Document Solutions to reflect the expansion of its end-to-end document management and business process outsourcing (BPO) capabilities and integration with Donnelley’s global resources. Donnelley acquired Astron in 2005.

In other company news, Moore Canada—Donnelley’s Canadian business unit—has been awarded a multi-year contract renewal with Scotiabank. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Donnelley also agreed to terms on a multi-year accord with Williams-Sonoma to provide print and logistics services for several catalogs, including Williams-Sonoma Catalog for Cooks.
