JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - January 18, 2018 - Drummond is pleased to announce a deal to acquire Sunbelt, an Atlanta-based commercial printer. This step brings together two organizations that share significant synergies, and strengthens the Jacksonville-based commercial printer’s presence in the opportunity-rich Atlanta marketplace. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This is Drummond’s third investment in the Atlanta area. In 2012, the company purchased Graphic Communications Corporation (GCC), expanding its geographical footprint outside of Florida, as well as enhancing its offering around wide-format printing, packaging solutions and operational logistics. In 2015, the company purchased the print division of RGI enhancing its digital marketing services offering. Drummond now operates three production facilities in Jacksonville and Atlanta.
Sunbelt has specialized in providing custom commercial print, print management and marketing solutions since 1991. As a result of the continued growth by loyal customers, Sunbelt strategically decided to join the Drummond brand, renowned for excellent client care and meaningful solutions.
