Bates is a VCU Brandcenter graduate and holds a Master’s degree in Communications with concentration in advertising strategy, and she has a decade of experience in marketing and advertising, particularly retail advertising.  “I consider it an honor and a privilege to spearhead the rebranding efforts for an organization as remarkable as Drytac.
