EarthColor Makes Deal for Thebault

WEST ORANGE, NJ—EarthColor Inc. has acquired high end commercial printer L.P. Thebault, based in Parsippany, NJ. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brian Thebault will remain chairman of L.P. Thebault, which will become a division of EarthColor. The company was founded in 1954.

L.P. Thebault is a web and sheetfed printer that produces general commercial work, including annual reports, brochures, catalogs, direct mail, inserts, point-of-purchase items and posters.
