EarthColor Swings Major Deal for L.P. Thebault

WEST ORANGE, NJ—EarthColor Inc. has acquired high-end commercial printer L.P. Thebault, based in Parsippany, NJ. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brian Thebault will remain chairman of L.P. Thebault, which will become a division of EarthColor. The company was founded in 1954.

L.P. Thebault is a web and sheetfed printer that produces general commercial work, including annual reports, brochures, catalogs, direct mail, inserts, point-of-purchase items and posters.
