HOBART, Wis. — June 15, 2017 — EMT International Inc., located here, has acquired ROTOCONTROL GmbH of Linau, Germany. EMT International is a leading manufacturer of finishing equipment and web transports for the commercial digital printing market. ROTOCONTROL is a manufacturer of label finishing equipment with a leading position in the European market.
Paul Rauscher CEO of EMT International stated “this is a synergistic acquisition that combines the strength of both companies. The manufacturing of the ROTOCONTROL product line will be moved to EMT International’s facility in Hobart over the next 6-9 months. ROTOCONTROL will maintain its sales, service, engineering and product development along with specialty equipment manufacturing at its facility in Linau Germany. EMT is expecting sales, manufacturing and customer service positions will become available as work is transferred to its Hobart facility.
