Ennis Announces Organizational Changes in Its Print Segment
MIDLOTHIAN, TX—Oct. 14, 2010—Effective immediately, Ennis, Inc. is restructuring its Print Segment, including reassignment of personnel in operations and sales.
Terry Pennington has assumed the position of vice president of sales. He will lead the national sales team and oversee all sales functions for the Print Segment. Pennington will assist Dale Donati during the transition from his previous position as vice president & business unit director over half the Print Segment manufacturing facilities.
Dale Donati, vice president-operations, will now oversee all Print Segment manufacturing facilities and their respective general managers will report directly to him. Donati has assumed responsibility for all plant operational needs and any initiatives currently in progress.
Steven Osterloh, director of marketing, will continue to oversee marketing and e-commerce for the Print Segment.
All three individuals will continue to report directly to Michael Magill, executive vice president. Magill commented, “We feel that this reorganization most effectively streamlines the company to deal with meeting our sales goals, e-commerce initiatives, ERP migration and operational plans.”
