Evergreen Printing to Print Catamaran Weekly Publications, US Open Daily Magazine

BELLMAWR, NJ—December 18, 2013—Evergreen Printing is proud to announce that Catamaran Media has selected Evergreen to print 12 weekly publications, and three summer news magazines serving New Jersey’s Atlantic and Cape May Counties. With over 100,000 weekly circulation, the Catamaran publications are comprehensive and locally focused with a weekly editorial package that includes complete calendar listings, human interest stories, features, sports, news and views. Online editions for all the publications provide the complete print edition plus up-to-the-minute community information.

In other company news, Evergreen was awarded the contract to print a daily magazine for the 15 consecutive days of The annual USTA (United States Tennis Association) US Open, which was held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY, this year. Each issue contained match scores, upcoming matches, a pull-out poster, and relevant stories and information for each day’s event.

The US Open Daily was published for the USTA by H.O. Zimman, Lynn, MA. H.O. Zimman specializes in custom publishing, advertising, and marketing for a variety of customers including sporting and specialty events. For each of the 15 consecutive days of the US Open, Evergreen’s daily production for the glossy started each night upon editorial close and transmission of files for print/bind/delivery to Flushing (Queens) New York, within New York City. Evergreen is proud that it was selected as the printer of choice for the US Open.
