Whether you are looking to start your own business, add digital equipment to your existing production line or want to relocate your sampling production, Kornit Digital (Booth 1617) has a printing solution to fit your unique business needs.
On the show floor, Kornit is featuring industrial direct-to-garment, mass production direct-to-garment and direct-to-fabric printing solutions in the booth.
In addition to the live demos of the systems, Kornit is also demonstrating how to integrate web-to-print enablement into your workflow with Custom Gateway!
Industrial direct-to-garment: Storm Duo
The Storm Duo is designed to optimize light fabric prints. With no white ink and accelerated print speed, the Storm Duo offers excellent productivity and an amazing print quality with a wide color gamut. It is the ideal system for textile/garment decorators intending to centralize their white garment production. The Storm Duo, part of the R-series, includes advanced features such as a recirculating ink system, an integrated ultrasonic humidifier, a battery backup system, a quick replace pallet mechanism and many more.
Mass production direct-to-garment: Vulcan
The Kornit Vulcan is Kornit’s most advanced mass customization printer. Processing seven shirts at the same time, the Vulcan is capable of printing up to 250 garments per hour for both light and dark garments, making the Vulcan the ultimate cost-effective solution for medium-to-long runs. Highlighting the benefits of digital direct-to-garment printing, there are no screen limitations per design and no minimums per order, resulting in a 15% wider color gamut and excellent print quality.
The Kornit Vulcan was awarded SGIA’s Product of the Year in the Direct-to-Garment Printers (Color Shirt - Not White) category!
Direct-to-fabric: Allegro
The Kornit Allegro is the all-in-one solution to printing on rolled textiles that prints in a single step. With Kornit’s patented Fixation on the Fly (FOF) integrated pre-treatment process, ink and fixation fluids are applied directly onto the fabric in one step, eliminating the need for pre-and-post treatment processes. Printing from file to finished fabric in just 6 minutes, the Allegro enables printing only the quantities that are desired, without the unfavorable short-run economics. The Allegro also prints with excellent results on multiple fabric types such as wovens and knits, natural, synthetic and blends with only one ink set.
