Themed “Accurio Answers: How To Future-Proof Your Print Business,” Konica Minolta (Booth 2031) is showcasing hardware and software from across its growing portfolio.
The AccurioPress C2060 is a 61 ppm printer that can print up to 13x19.2", and supports banner printing with banner tray that holds 1,000 banner sheets of up to 29.5". At the other end of the output spectrum, it can also support envelope printing. The AccurioPress C2060 is complemented by the AccurioPress C2070/2070P, capable of speeds up to 71 ppm, and the AccurioPress C2060L.
For business printing needs, Konica Minolta offers the bizhub 958, a high-volume black-and-white printer/copier/scanner that can print up to 95 ppm. It is also customizable with a wide variety of apps and software solutions.
Konica Minolta has entered the production inkjet market with the AccurioJet KM-1 Inkjet Press, which offers the speed and flexibility of offset with the variable-data and short-run capabilities of digital. It prints on 23x29.5" sheets, and offers automatic duplexing.
Konica Minolta is also showcasing its narrow-web and label printing equipment. The bizhub PRESS C71cf. It is a digital press designed for narrow web applications such as labels. Targeted toward commercial printers, in-plants, brand owners, and mid-sized converters, it prints CMYK at 1,200 dpi, and has a maximum printing size of 47x12.5". It can print on gloss and matte papers, as well as synthetic, polypropylene, polyester, and BOPP substrates. It also supports short and on-demand press runs, as well as personalization and versioning.
Konica Minolta is intensifying its relationship with MGI, and the full range of MGI’s JETvarnish digital enhancement finishing technology is on display, as well as the Meteor Unlimited Colors XL+, a digital press fully integrated with MGI’s iFOIL module to create in-line printing and hot foiling solutions.
Also in the MGI corner of the booth, is the new Alphajet Ceradrop technology, a materials deposition platform that can print chipless RFID, electronic circuits, OLED flexible displays, and both organic and inorganic 3D electronic component parts.
Konica Minolta is also showcasing wide-format printing equipment from its partner companies EFI, HP, and KIP.
Konica Minolta’s “Production Solution Ecosystem” production management and value-added solutions, such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM) services and document management solutions, automated workflow, and Business Process Automation solutions will also be on display.
