PI: What made you decide to attend this year's Expo?
RP: We’re always looking to see what’s on the cutting edge of new printing technology, as well as stay ahead of the latest trends in the industry. This Expo provides us with a great opportunity to see what’s new.
PI: For returning attendees, what brings you back?
RP: In addition to learning what’s on the horizon in our industry, we’re also excited to host a franchisee meeting for our members at this year’s Expo. We love being able to connect with our franchise members and events like this are an ideal place to do so.
PI: What products, brands, or services are you most looking forward to seeing?
RP: We look forward to experiencing new products and services that can help provide our Franchise Members with a game-changing advantage. Small businesses are always looking to innovate, and that’s what we’re looking to invest in — innovation. We also plan to meet with our supplier partners to better understand their plans for the future and how we can work together moving forward.
PI: How do you plan and make the most of your time at the Expo?
RP: My days will be filled with supplier, company, and franchisee discussions.
PI: How do you hope attending will impact your business/career moving forward?
RP: I hope that all our attending corporate staff and franchise members are invigorated with new ideas, techniques, and industry contacts.
