PI: What does your company do?
RD: Our company was built on customization and personalization. We hire actual humans to handwrite the addresses and sometimes the entire letter or greeting cards. Every thing we do is customized and personalized.
PI: What made you decide to attend this year's Expo?
RD: I'm looking forward to learning more about the industry and what new technologies are out there in the printing world.
PI: What do you hope to learn at the Expo?
RD: I'm hoping to find some new ideas that will spark a new product, or invention… or maybe even a printer or software that could simplify or cut costs.
PI: How do you plan and make the most of your time at the Expo?
RD: We will be on the trade show floor looking at everything, as well as attending the events and classes going on. Learning, talking, and looking!
PI: How do you hope attending will impact your business/career moving forward?
RD: I'm hoping to find new efficiencies, new products, new capabilities, or something like that.
