EyeC is off to a successful start in the third quarter. In the period from July to the beginning of August 2023, the Hamburg-based company was able to supply many customers worldwide, including partners in Nigeria, Germany, France, and the USA. The order volume amounts to around 1.5 million euro. The Hamburg-based company has thus consolidated its position as a reliable partner in the field of print image inspection along the entire value chain.
Despite a moderate start to the year and a persistently challenging environment, the global expert for print inspections was able to continue its growth strategy in 2023. In addition to many installations of the proven EyeC Proofiler DT line in the pharmaceutical and print sectors, demand for the EyeC ProofRunner Web, including the new EyeC ProofRunner Web HighLight model, was particularly high. The high-resolution and particularly fast web inspection system for reel-to-reel and reel-to-sheet solutions offers 100% inspection of the print run of highly finished labels, folding cartons and flexible packaging in the HighLight variant.
The positive business development is due to the strengthening of the core business within Europe, but also to the expansion into other countries. Demand in Africa, North America and Southern Europe increased particularly encouragingly, with growth of over 12 % percent compared to the previous year. In addition to the sophisticated technology of the systems, customer confidence in EyeC's high quality and service standards also made an important contribution to the expansion of existing partnerships as well as successful new business.
"Our success is the result of our continuous efforts to provide world-class print inspection solutions to customers worldwide. We are committed to delivering innovative technologies and outstanding service to meet our customers’ needs and would like to thank all our partners who have placed their trust in our products and services," says Ralph Beier, Sales Director EyeC GmbH, on the positive start to the third quarter.
As one of the leading suppliers in the field of print inspection systems, EyeC has steadily established itself in recent years. For the year as a whole, the company with headquarters in Hamburg expects sustained positive business development.
