Flint Group Appoints Antoine Fady to Assume CEO Responsibilities
LUXEMBOURG—Dec. 2, 2010—Flint Group is pleased to announce that Antoine Fady has been appointed CEO effective Jan. 1, 2011.
Fady will succeed Charles Knott, who will handover these responsibilities in order to separate the duties of the chairman and CEO. Knott will continue on as chairman and remains committed to the long-term growth and development of Flint Group
Fady joins Flint Group with over 20 years of global specialty chemical experience. Most recently, serving as general manager, Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints-Europe and prior to that, as CEO of ICI Packaging & Coatings.
