Freedom Announces New Sales Leadership

Angela Passanesi

It is with great pleasure we announce the addition of Angela Passanesi to the Freedom team as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Angela is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurial sales, executive leadership, procurement, operations, and national account management across a variety of industries. With a proven track record of achieving business development goals, negotiating deals, delivering exceptional client service, and creating effective training and development programs, Angela is a natural leader and strategic thinker.

As a former leader in several Fortune 200 organizations, Angela has a keen eye for identifying strengths and weaknesses within teams and works tirelessly to develop her employees’ skills and drive revenue growth. She is highly skilled at creating and implementing strategic plans and excels at developing logistical processes that maximize profitability. Angela is also a frequent speaker at print, mail, and postal industry events, where she shares her insights and expertise with other professionals in her field.

Outside of work, Angela is deeply committed to several charitable outreach programs, including those focused on helping homeless and disabled individuals in the Albemarle County and VA state areas. She is especially passionate about animal rescue and is currently working on a new project called Kevin’s Miracles in honor of her late brother, Kevin Hayward. This initiative aims to provide disabled individuals with computers and software that can help them communicate and live more independently, as well as to provide support and resources to help homeless individuals transition into sustainable housing and employment plans.

Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and economics from Old Dominion University in 1999. She will be leading and managing Freedom’s sales team, and we are excited to have her on board.

Amy Deveau

We are also thrilled to announce the promotion of Amy Deveau to the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy and Solutions for the Freedom team. With a career spanning 14 years at our organization, Amy has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, drive, and an unwavering commitment to the success of our company and its clients.

Throughout her tenure at Freedom, Amy has played a vital role in sales leadership by identifying, selling, and growing a diverse set of clients across multiple vertical markets. Her hard work, strategic thinking, and keen insights have been instrumental in driving significant growth for our organization.

Amy’s contributions to our company go beyond just her success in sales. She has also been pivotal in working with our internal teams and external customers to create innovative solutions that resonate with the direct mail marketplace long-term. Her dedication to our clients’ success is evident in her unwavering focus on providing value-added services that exceed expectations.

Amy is known for her boundless energy, positive attitude, and excellent mentorship skills. Her passion for driving results and empowering her team is infectious, and she is widely respected and admired throughout our organization as well as the direct marketing industry.
