About the Award
The award is named after Gary R. Reniker, national safety director with INX International Ink, who passed away in 2006. Gary, along with other PIA MidAmerica personnel, developed the PrintGuard Program, a road map to helping companies in the graphic arts industry develop a comprehensive occupational safety and health program, complete with training modules for employers, employees and safety coordinators. Demonstrating their corporate commitment to worker safety and in keeping Gary’s vision alive, INX continues to sponsor the award-winning PrintGuard Program to this day.
