ODENTON, Md. — May 31, 2017 — There are times when the mission of a company separates you from the competition, and there are times when bigger is not always better. Both of these items ring true now more than ever at Gasch Printing with the newest addition to their team. Gasch is excited to have Scott Payne, a highly respected book industry veteran sales executive. Payne recently chose to leave his job at a very large book printing company where he had been for 10+ years when he realized he needed to find an employer with values that reflect his own and could better serve his customers.
“The culture of this company is rooted in service to others. Yes, making a quality book is important, but, our purpose - the reason we exist is to help others so they can focus on the strong development of titles that support their mission” said Scott Payne, Sales Executive at Gasch Printing.
When Payne chose to leave his previous employer, he had numerous options at companies that are far larger than Gasch while offering a wider range of services. But Payne’s priority was finding the right company to serve his customer base by forming partnerships based on reliability, quality and honesty. “It goes far beyond manufacturing a quality book, but doing so based on a culture that is rooted in service to others. “This is what inspires me”, said Payne. “This is why I joined this company.”
Gasch Printing, a family owned and operated company, has always held the belief that treating each and every customer, regardless of their size and potential business, with the same level of respect and personal service is the only way of doing business. The company mission statement is “We exist to serve others while helping our client achieve their mission.” These words were put into action with the announcement from Gasch Printing that they are partnering with select customers where they are giving back a percentage of sales to help support their client’s charitable mission.
“This culture of service and dedication to our customers is what has given Gasch Printing an edge and is one of the main reasons for our consistent growth as a company over the last decade,” said Doug Gasch, Owner. “Now with Scott joining our team we look forward to sharing this mission with his customers and to continuing our growth in the decades ahead.”
