GCLI Holds Q4 2023 Workshop at Moore, Navistar Division
The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) held their fourth quarterly workshop of 2023 November 29-30 at Moore, Navistar Division in Frederick, Maryland.
Moore, Navistar Division provides end-to-end services for direct mail production. Their services include envelope manufacturing, conventional and digital printing, complex camera matching, card affixing, handwork, lettershop, commingling, and more.

During their visit, GCLI members toured Moore, Navistar Division’s state of the art production facilities. They exchanged ideas with production and marketing professionals while learning about their approach to meeting customer requirements. Presentations by Moore, Navistar Division’s executives highlighted Moore’s extensive corporate facilities and their fully-integrated approach to serving the complex needs of its customers.
Workshop topics included “Creating and Sustaining a Winning Culture”. Members also worked on case studies designed to identify and address the leader’s role in establishing and maintaining a high-preforming organizational culture.
