The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) held their first workshop of 2025 March 13 & 14 at the Canon Americas Customer Innovation Center in Boca Raton, Florida.
GCLI members experienced a tour of the Center where they saw first-hand an impressive portfolio of cutting-edge print technology.
Canon’s Innovation Center serves as a destination for active discussion, collaboration, and customer engagement. The first quarter workshop topic addressed the complex topic of Sales Leadership. Workshop leaders Mike Philie and Joe Truncale shared key insights and techniques applied by industry leaders to drive revenue growth and client loyalty.
The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership. The group meets at various locations including leading industry manufacturers/suppliers and some of the industry’s finest service providers.
