The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) held their third quarterly workshop of 2023 October 19-20 at Wallace Graphics in Duluth, Georgia.
Wallace Graphics combines the latest technology with customer-focused solutions to deliver superior printing services in the Atlanta area. Wallace features offset, digital, large format, direct mail printing and more.
During their visit, GCLI members toured Wallace’s state of the art production facilities. Presentations by Wallace executives, which placed a special emphasis on maximizing employee engagement and operational efficiencies, followed the plant tour.
Workshop topics included “Maximizing Key Accounts” with a focus on identifying and securing high-value, strategic clients. Members studied and reported on case studies designed to identify and address complex business problems.
