Ginny's Printing Acquired By TouchPoint

OAK BROOK, IL—TouchPoint Print Solutions has acquired Ginny’s Printing, headquartered in Austin, TX. Ginny’s is a provider of printing and document management services in the Southwest and is the seventh acquisition of TouchPoint Print Solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1971, Ginny’s Printing is a full-service printing, mailing, fulfillment and technology company. It offers digital and offset printing, mailing, fulfillment and distribution solutions, as well as technology solutions surrounding variable data and Web-to-print applications for clients. The Ginny’s organization, as it relates to operations and the support of its customers, will not change. The management team and employee base will remain the same, with the same responsibilities and authorities.
