Go Big or Go Home

In the seminar, “Go Big or Go Home – How You Can Successfully Grow Your Business with Wide-Format Printing” Phil Davis, the Co-Owner of AlphaGraphics Lehi UT, will share tips on how to recognize when it’s the right time to expand your operations into wide-format printing. This seminar will provide a 90-day sales ramp up guide to kick start your wide-format business.

“When deciding to expand a printing business, it can often be a bit daunting to figure out where to begin,” says Davis. “I hope the session attendees walk away with a greater understanding of how to determine the best first step, and how to evaluate potential partners to help achieve success. In our case the latter was Ricoh (Booth 2022), and they’ve continued to help us drive new revenue and customers with wide-format.”

Prior to purchasing three territories in Utah County with his partner Lynn Nelson, Davis worked at Alphagraphics Corporate as an Operating Partner, helping centers develop new revenue streams. Before joining AlphaGraphics, he founded and was president and CEO of ZDocs, a startup supporting entrepreneur authors and corporate publishers. Davis began his career at Kinko’s International, and served as a Vice President of Asia Pacific at the company, before moving into a VP role at Flow International. While at Kinko’s he directed the opening of 31 new stores in Japan, South Korea, and Australia, and grew revenues by $52 million over seven years.
