GPA Announces Acquisition of TEC Papers

CHICAGO—June 14, 2010—GPA, the market leader in papers and specialty substrates for offset and digital printing, proudly announces their acquisition of TEC Papers USA from Wausau Coated Products Inc. This acquisition establishes a fourth GPA-operated facility in the United States and vastly expands the service and products GPA offers its current customers, as well as those of TEC Papers. TEC Papers, a long time competitor of GPA, is a national distributor of sheetfed pressure sensitive paper, film and digital substrates to the printing industry.
