CHICAGO — July 29, 2016 — GPA, the market leader in substrate solutions for offset, digital and wide-format printing, announces the expansion of its operational footprint with the addition of a new Texas Regional Headquarters. Located just outside of Dallas, this new sales and service facility will allow GPA to provide its customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, with even faster access to its diverse offering of substrates.
This new location, combined with recently added personnel, will enable GPA to provide its customers in the region with one-day service and personalized support.
GPA also announced that it welcomed Karol Mountcastle to its team of business development managers. Mountcastle will focus her creativity, experience, and knowledge of the local market on helping GPA’s customers in Texas and Oklahoma achieve profitable growth.
With 32 years of experience in the printing and graphic arts industry, Mountcastle has a proven track record of service and success. Prior to joining GPA, she worked for Ricoh as a graphic communication sales specialist. Before that, she worked at Xerox for 17 years where she sold production digital presses and rose to become a Graphic Communications Specialist.
During her accomplished career at Xerox, Mountcastle was named Rookie of the Year, was the top sales representative numerous times, and earned four President’s Club Awards. Mountcastle's experience at Ricoh and Xerox, along with other previous sales positions in the industry, has allowed her to develop an extensive familiarity with digital printing technologies.
"Karol’s winning attitude and commitment to service will allow GPA to provide our customers in Texas and Oklahoma with an unmatched level of support," notes Kevin Cooper, GPA’s area VP for the South Central Region. "Her intimate understanding of the local print landscape will help GPA’s customers in those regions further increase their presence in the marketplace. I look forward to even greater successes that GPA will achieve with Karol as a part of our team."
She joins existing business development managers Victoria Valentine and Dawnielle Balli in serving Texas and Oklahoma. These positive signs of growth demonstrate GPA’s commitment to investing in its customers’ success.
"Our new Texas Regional Headquarters represents GPA’s growing strength in this market and our dedication to providing outstanding service. As GPA continues to build on its successes, I’m excited for the opportunities this will create for our customers," adds Cooper.
GPA’s Texas Regional Headquarters is located at 859 South Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie, Texas, and officially began operations on June 27. The new location houses a wide range of GPA’s substrates for HP Indigo, toner digital and offset presses, including specialty papers, durable synthetics, pressure sensitive papers, C1S and C2S Boards, and other popular substrates.
