Absolute Printing Equipment Service introduced a fully automatic plastic coil inserter capable of producing plastic coiled books from 25mm to 50mm. Books are registered using the punched holes, allowing for oversized covers, tab pages, half pages and inserts. The three roller system controls both the coil pitch and position, for production speeds of 250 books per hour.
