Graphic Village completed its purchase of the Cincinnati operations of OneTouchPoint on December 30, 2021, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition included the personnel, equipment and local customer base of OneTouchPoint and will ensure that their local customers will continue to receive the high-quality print, marketing and mailing services that they have grown to expect. This divestiture, previously announced on November 30, allows OneTouchPoint to focus on their key national vertical market strategy.
“We’re excited to acquire the Cincinnati operations of OneTouchPoint,” said Patrick McMullen, CEO. “When OneTouchPoint made the decision to exit the Cincinnati facility, their first concern was finding a print provider that they were confident would be a good fit for their local customer base. As the largest independent print marketing services provider in the Cincinnati region, Graphic Village was a perfect fit. We will work to transition their operations and customer relationships to our Blue Ash, Ohio facility over the next several months. Graphic Village and OneTouchPoint will work collaboratively to ensure that the transition is seamless for customers, suppliers and employees.”
“Graphic Village continues to expand rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions,” said Eric Kahn, Executive Chairman. “While the past two years have been difficult for the print and marketing industries, we continued to invest in people and technology to make sure we emerged strong once the industry rebounded. We have added significant capabilities and capacity this year through the acquisition of the Cincinnati operations of OneTouchPoint, Mail Louisville, and T-Max Graphics. These investments have paid off, and we are positioned to provide best in class products and service to our customers. We have plans to continue this growth in 2022 and beyond.”
This acquisition continues the growth of Graphic Village, which was recognized as the 16th fastest growing Cincinnati-region company in the 2019 Cincinnati Business Courier “Fast 55 Awards.” Graphic Village was also recently ranked the 180th largest printing company in the U.S. and Canada by Printing Impressions magazine. The acquisition of the OneTouchPoint Cincinnati facility represents the 18th acquisition of Revitalize Capital, Graphic Village’s parent company.
