Ohio-based Graphic Village Makes Acquisition to Expand Wide-Format Capabilities, Indiana Presence
Graphic Village announced it has purchased T-Max Graphics, a graphic design and large-format printing company based in Muncie, Indiana. This strategic move augments Graphic Village’s large-format printing services, expands the company’s presence to Indiana and broadens their reach in the restaurant industry.
T-Max Graphics, a specialist in wide-format printing, signage, vehicle wraps and promotional items, serves several popular restaurants, including national chains such as Applebee’s, Panera Bread and Pizza Hut. The company and its 20 employees will continue to operate out of their Muncie-based facility as a division of Graphic Village.
“We’re excited to welcome the T-Max Graphics team to Graphic Village,” said Patrick McMullen, CEO. “We believe the addition of their services amplifies our already robust capabilities, and increases the volume of our large format work. Additionally, their Indiana location provides us a greater presence across the Midwest region. It’s a great fit, and a complementary opportunity for both parties.”
This acquisition continues the growth of Graphic Village, which was recognized as the 16th fastest growing Cincinnati-region company in the 2019 Cincinnati Business Courier “Fast 55 Awards.” Graphic Village was also recently ranked the 180-largest printing company in the U.S. and Canada by Printing Impressions magazine. The acquisition of T-Max Graphics represents the 16th acquisition of Revitalize Capital, Graphic Village’s parent company.
