About the Rhapso/Graphisoft merger

For the record, Rhapso finalized the acquisition of Graphisoft on March 31, 2008. The combination of advanced professional skills in printing and packaging from both teams will be creating a new French market leader with high market ranking in Europe. The new long-term entity is achieving the new dimension today needed to integrate new technologies and match the competitiveness of software publishers. At the same time, the raising of capital of €3.5 million has enabled Rhapso to invest heavily in Research & Development and promote the group’s business expansion in France and internationally.
