Dolce Printing Obtains Graytor Printing
MAYWOOD, NJ—Dolce Printing has acquired Graytor Printing’s printing business located in Lyndhurst, NJ. Graytor will remain a separate division under the Dolce Printing umbrella brand, but will physically merge into Dolce’s Maywood operations.
Graytor Printing has been family operated for 63 years. Dolce ($8 million in sales and ranked #377 on the Printing Impressions 400), like Graytor, is a family run company and both firms share a customer-centric business philosophy. The merging of Graytor and Dolce will make available to Graytor’s customers a wider range of products and services.
Many of the Graytor personnel from the sales, production, customer service and estimating departments have already moved into Dolce’s offices. Graytor printing equipment will be moved to Dolce’s Maywood location next week and should be operational within six weeks. It is expected that bindery and special finishing equipment from Graytor’s Lyndhurst facility will be operational at the Maywood location by early November.
